Refund Policy

1. Event Cancellation:
In the event that the "Run for Nourish" Marathon is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or public health emergencies, all participants will be notified promptly. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the cancellation announcement.

2. Participant Cancellations:
If a participant needs to cancel their registration, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the provision of a valid reason. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, and approval is at the discretion of the event organizers.

3. Transfer of Registration:
Registration transfers to another participant are not permitted. If a participant cannot attend, they are encouraged to notify the event organizers as soon as possible.

4. No Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or failure to attend the event, regardless of the reason.

5. Changes to Policy:
The event organizers reserve the right to amend this refund policy as necessary. Participants will be informed of any changes through our official communication channels.
